US customers will have 10% added at checkout to cover the Tariff charge now levelled at UK exports.

Our shipping charges to the US, Canada, the EU, Australasia, etc. are very reasonable, with delivery of an average order costing just GBP £15.00 (USA approx. $20.00).

EU orders are, where possible, dispatched from France and should not incur import or extra handling charges. All orders sent outside the UK are followed up with tracking information when dispatched.

1/32 Nieuport 28c.1 upgrades and tailored decal sets for the Roden kit!

Continuing Aviattic's collaboration with Ukrainian model companies in these difficult times we are offering a selection of 3d printed detail parts and an extensive range of markings and camouflage tailored decals for the United States Air Service squadrons Nieuport 28's that fought so bravely during the Summer and Autumn of 1918.
Roden's excellent N.28 kit deserves a few upgrades to really turn it into a thing of beauty.

It's racey lines and simple construction make for an eye-catching subject for your display case, as well as having a number of stories to re-tell..

If the initial 'Hat in the ring' 94th Aero Squadron schemes sell well we will extend the range to the 27th, 95th and 147th units..

Forward fuselage painted areas are included as decals - either use them or match paint to them, along with cowling, undercarriage legs and cabane struts.
Strut woodgrain and stencils, along with manufacturer's transfers are provided and also as separate water-slide decals.

We suggest removing the over-scale wrapping on the kit struts before priming. In reality this was tape and best represented as decal material.

To simulate the use of aluminium flakes in the camo paint (as an early UV protection experiment) try adding a splash of aluminium paint to your white, gloss primer, before polishing and gloss varnishing ahead of decal application - it produces a very interesting, subtle effect!..

'Bundle' sets now offered include the kit sprues and instructions, Aviattic 3d printed upgrade resin sets (designed by Mike Swinburne and Steve Bent), paper seatbelts and Vickers gun(s).

Gnome Monosaupape rotary engine and Part p/e sets are offered as optional extras.

Created before Aviattic's upgrades it does, however, have much to offer - check his other build guides out too - Mike has been a great ambassador for Aviattic for years.

Roden 1/32 kit sprues, instructions and acetate windscreen.
3d-print upgrade set : Levasseur propeller, cowling and firewall, cockpit ammo can and altimeter, ammo shutes for lower and upper mounted Vickers, Venturi, fuel cap and feed tube, 'peach basket' seat and cushion, seatbelt clasps and die-cut paper seatbelt material.
The parts require careful cutting from build trees and minimal cleanup.
(Cowl will benefit from two coats primer and a light sand/polish to hide very faint build lines, typical with curved objects.)
Single American pattern Vickers gun - or pair where appropriate.
