Designed with scratch-builders and those willing to enhance older kits to match todays standards in mind, these sets ​can transform those Roden and Special Hobby kits we all have in our stashes or, hopefully, inspire you to try creating a model from scratch or converting an existing one!

As with our Balilla and Pfalz kits I have always been keen to see the various metal fitments seen on vintage aircraft reproduced with real scale fidelity and I hope you feel inspired by the selection on offer!

A lack of rib stitching detail on a 1/32 scale kit is what lets down many potentially excellent kits from manufacturers such as Special Hobby, Roden etc. Carefully marking positions on wings and tail surfaces, using suitable plans (1/48th scale can be enlarged by 150% to bring to 1/32) and applied using Future varnish, thin CA or "Krystal Klear" these three new sets can make a big difference...
